Minimum Order Value + Pricing
The minimum order value for placing a wholesale order with Metal Lotus is $250. Payment is due upfront at the time of ordering.
Once a wholesale account has been created, you will be able to view wholesale pricing (standard 50% discount). If you are not logged into an approved wholesale account, then you will only see full retail pricing (MSRP).
Cancellations
Upon receiving your order, I will immediately begin working on making your jewelry. Order cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours. It will take me
Returns
For the safety of all my customers, I do not accept returns on body jewelry. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives without breaking the seal on the bags, and reach out within 3 business days if there is a problem with the order. I stand behind the quality of my work and will always make things right if there is anything wrong with your order.

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders over $250 receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Products purchased from Metal Lotus shall only be sold at the suggested retail price if they are being sold online (visible when you are not logged into your wholesale account). By placing an order with Metal Lotus, you agree that you will not sell my artwork on Etsy. The pricing you use in your physical retail location is left to your discretion.
Shipping + Delivery
It will take me approximately 14 business days (Mon-Fri) to make your jewelry before your order will ship. Once your order is ready to go to the post office, you will receive an email that contains a tracking number for the package.
